      From metal preparation to delivery of Powder Coated products, we service your metal surfacing needs, including Metal Fabrication, Sandblasting & Surface Preparation, Powder Coating, and Product Delivery.Powder Coating We offer an array of colors and textures for metal finishes according to our customers primer and top-coat needs. Choose from Gloss and Flat Top-Coats, Primers, Textures and Wrinkles. See the Cardinal Paint Colors Chart* to aid in choosing Powder Coat Colors and Textures* for metal parts. * We recommend obtaining Physical Color Samples to help in choosing Powder Coat Finishes. (Colors displayed online are representative only and may vary from actual color, gloss, texture and appearance.)Before applying powder coatings, we professionally clean and prepare the metal substrate to ensure good adhesion of optional primers and top-coat layers which help protect against material corrosion. We use both manual and automated surface treatyment processes to eliminate unwanted surface contaminates. (See our equipment page for some more information on our pre-coating cleaning process.)We use state-of-the-art equipment to prepare surfaces and apply these finishes to our clients metal parts for a durable, attractive, and long-lasting bond.Sand Blasting. We use our own dedicated in-house Sand Blasting Booth to remove surface rust and surface defects for a smoother finished coat on metal parts.
