I have been STUCK at this place since 2009. I went from $910 monthly to $1310. All of the rent hikes happened within the last 3 years. I turned in my 30 day notice on 10/24 and received a notice on my door about my rent going up again in December unless i switch out of a month to month and move into a lease. We pay nearly $75 dollars for trash collection!! WTF! the water gets shut off at least once monthly due to plumbing problems. I have never had my apt pained, carpet changed/cleaned, blinds replaced, linoleum replaced, balcony screen door fixed. NOTHING. there is no window in the bathrooms so mold happens constantly and the way they fix it is by paining over it. My kitchen floor is unleveled so my door has a huge opening under it. I asked and asked for a solution because my old AC doesn't keep my living room cool due to the opening under my door and got no solution. I have huge water roaches running in my apt constantly. They are always out in the hallways too. I cant was my car and keep it clean because the landscaping guys leaf blow the carports and dust it all up. The old maint. lady used to give us dirty looks when we would walk down the corridors while she cleaned. Sorry, its the only way out of my apt. I cant wait to be out of there. I expect my full deposit back. Yea right!!

I recently lived at this complex for nearly 2 years.

Word to the wise, READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY!

The management company has more than one employee that seems to be more concerned with the politics of the job than the actual concern for the tenants.

The property manager was the only staff member that seemed knowledgable.

The under management were very inept concerning important matters in regards to paperwork such as a LEASE!~

Keep all paperwork, you just might need it.

The maintenance department is very good with repairs, although I would encourage a

female to not be alone if any are needed.

It appears the staff is more interested in the personal business of the people that reside in the complex rather than the needs.
