Chose Rain Tec for lawn irrigation. Installed in summer of 06 with only a few minor problems that were addressed. The next spring it was difficult to get company to turn on irrigation system. I then found that the ends of 2 French drains had been ripped during installation. Phone calls not returned, When I did talk to owner he scheduled time to come out and the either "forgot" or came 2-3 hours late. Screamed and yelled and acted in a very unprofessional manner when the problem was brought to his attention. He did reroute the irrigation system and repaired 2 drain pipes but it was difficult for him to take ownership of the problem. Would not recommend!

We liked John Banovsky and decided to go with him (even though his quote was higher than others), the install was clean, smooth and everything worked like a charm. Now, on our third year when a couple of sprinklers are not working properly, you just leave msg after msg with no return call. We were suppose to have all top of the line Hunter sprinklers installed but after closer inspection have found some not to be the case. Post installation service is poor and John seems to be "too busy" with the installation of his palm tree business or possibly with his commercial customer base. Whatever the case, if you're a residential customer like us (and we spent $5000+ on our system), I guess you're just considered "chump change" by him. Consider someone else.
