Michael with Pratt plumbing was competent, friendly and reasonably priced. Seems like a super dude out there treating people right and practicing his trade. Will use them again for sure.

Michael arrived to fix the my toilet that was leaking around the base and did so quickly and efficiently. After 2 weeks still no leaks. I would definitely recommend.

Earlier this week Damon And Jake came to check out a problem we were having with a toilet. They said the toilet needed replacing which made since because of the way it was acting. They were very professional, very friendly, and had it done in no time. I highly recommend Pratt for any plumbing needs. I just hope the next time we need help we get Damon and Jake!

Have used Pratt Plumbing for a few jobs over the past couple of years. Most recently, we had a gas leak on the line running from the meter to the house under about 55 feet of concrete. Gary came up with a very innovative solution that fixed the leak without having to tear up all that concrete and without the expense of boring. They also found a couple of other small leaks inside the house and corrected those as well. Gary and his team saved me a lot of money and completed the job quickly and very professionally. Very pleased with the service we received. I would highly recommend Pratt Plumbing!

Kiel arrived on time; left his shoes outside the front door. He was polite and friendly. Explained the problem thoroughly. As he was repairing the air-conditioner, he smelled gas. Saw that a pipe was not tightened on the water heater, He easily took care of that problem. Then as he was leaving, he walked by my neighbors gas meter and smelled gas. He notified gas company. The gas company was working on the meter within 30 minutes. Kyle took care of us that day. We are extremely thankful for Kyle.

We were very pleased with the service they provided to us to repair several gas leaks under our house and replace the gas line in our yard. Gary responded very promptly to give us an estimate for the repairs and offered some alternative suggestions for ways to reduce the repair costs compared to the other estimate we were given. John, our service man, was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed of the problems and what he was doing to fix them. He was very thorough and persistent in finding the leaks. I would highly recommend Pratt Plumbing for your home repairs. We used Pratt to repair a gas leak. Gary was very prompt in providing an estimate for the repairs. The service tech, John, was very professional and polite. He was thorough and explained the problem and repairs needed. He located several gas leaks and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. The office personnel were also very helpful and polite in scheduling the repairs. We will definitely use Pratt Plumbing again in the future.

They came to my mother's house to clean a clog. They said she did not have clean outs in the yard when she DOES! Charged way more than was reasonable because they thought they had to go through the roof vent. They then tried to sell us $900 clean outs. Saying we don't have something we do then trying to sell us something we have is bad business and just wrong. Do not do business with them.

Another plumbing company told us that our septic system was full. After calling out the septic guys, they pumped a little and confirmed our suspision that this was not true. We called Pratt, Kiel came out promptly, diagnosed the issue as a root ball and cleared up the problem in no time. He then told us everything he had found, what needed attention, what could wait, etc. I couldn't have asked for better service, and the price was very fair.
