Dentist was awesome. Only Dentist available to perform complex endo, when I was in pain, very courteous and attentive to my needs, caring staff, and prompt service response. Although he didn't accept my insurance, I understand that his services are unique, since no other dentist would come to my aid, with my insurance anyway,but well worth it when you are hurting. No amount of money was worth the pain and suffering I experienced from neglecting my own dental homecare. He gave me instant relief, and when I got home, my dentist asked me if I had gone to a root canal specialist.Thank You Dr. Hazen ! :)

Stay away from this Dr. he is only out for your money, he preys on tourist's that will be leaving the country soon so he doesn't have to deal with his shotty work afterward's. He will double his price's if he thinks you will pay it. Please BEWARE this Dr. is a complete money hungry scammer....

I would not reccomend this office to anyone with any kind of dental emergency or any kind of dental work needed in their mouth. This office is completely un-prifessional & un-ethical! I was in a panic & needed to have a bridge glued back on & I was told that the Dr. accepted insurance & come to find out they don't I took personal time off from work to make this appt same day. I walked in the office & this man had jeans on & a shirt on so tight it looked painted on. Anyways, he dressed un-professional & acted the same. Once I was in there they took my insurance card & acted like they were going to accept it when in all actuality they don't accept any kind of insurance at all. He did an awful job on my bridge. It sit's higher then all my other teeth making it extremely hard to chew & I was told to go to my dentist in CT to adjust when he should have adjusted being a dentist. $530 dollars later I am un-happy & was mis-lead! Somebody like him should be out od business!!!!!
