I called this company today. I spoke with Theresa and she was the worst customer rep I have ever encountered. She was rude,nasty,disrespectful and so very unwilling to help. I was on hold for 2 hours and 49 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor. I have spent my entire day on the phone with this company and no results. I would really love to speak with someone in charge at this company. Customer Service Rating would have to be a negative 12.
