Allston car wash will claim they have weather protection guarantee if you are a preferred member:As I came back,20 Hrs after I washed my car to get it washed again after a rainy night, they claimed that it goes only by Allston weatherAnd as a Watertown resident (a mile away!!!) who live in a different climate condition I am not entitled for a free wash, as for a refund for the rest of the wash coupons there respond with ? give it to a friend? no refunds.While I approached the manager in a respectful manner he refused to step outside and look at the car and its condition, was rude and offensive.

I take my Mercedes-Benz to Allston Car Wash every six months for their Two-Step de Luxe Waxing. They do an excellent job, and are dependable, friendly and courteous.

i will no longer be filling two tanks of per/week at this location and no longer wash both my cars twice per month at this location. the scrubadub in brookline, even has a stop and shop gas station and with my stop and shop card i get a discount on the gas. all in all, i'm glad allston treated me poorly, because i would have never looked around for a better carwash and gas station.

i put gas there twice a week with two cars and each car i purchase their $21.75 car wash twice per month on each car as well. the cashier/owner (claims she's the owner) extremely rude and believes there's no where else to go and she has all the business that she needs. that's fine...i will take my business elsewhere. i just find that to be a poor business decision on her part.
