I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. We just got married and got the wedding bands as a present from one of our best friends in Peru. Since my husband's band was a little oversized, we took it to Eric J. Loch Diamonds for a resizing job. The person who took the ring was nice and told us the work would be done in a week. So, we got a call from them a week later, and my husband went to pick it up. Surprise... the engraving that the ring had before was almost faded away, they polished it too much. The person took responsibility for that and said that they definitely did a bad job by polishing it too much. He also implied that since the ring was made in Peru - of course they know how to make handmade rings in Peru- the ring was not perfect, etc etc. Anyway, they said they would call the hand-engraver in order to ASK if the job can be re-done of if they could fix the engraving, but we'd have to give our permission first. Again, we went to the store, the ring wasn't there, the person said he'd call, he didn't call, we called AGAIN almost a week later, and we go to the store. Surprise!! the ring was ENGRAVED AGAIN and they took it upon themselves, they did a horrible job with the resizing (you can see a line where the ring was cut, the ring is not a perfect circle anymore) and also with the engraving since they didn't have MY ring so they could compare the font type!! The guy again said he was SORRY but he couldn't do anything but work again and again on the ring. OF COURSE, NOT. We won't trust these people again, they did a horrible job and I hope no one has to go through this process.
