My wife talked to the owner recently and had an agreed upon price prior to going to the shop. When she arrived the owner back-pedaled and tried to low ball her for their own personal gain and tried gain her entire collection for the low-balled price. I'd avoid this shop completely and save yourself some time #RipOff

I went to Keystone with my sterling flatware and old gold jewelry. They made me feel very comfortable selling everything. I shopped around, but they paid the highest prices I found! I will definitely take my coins back to Keystone.

Keystone Rare Coins seems to be decent, but I found out you do have to pay attention. I sold .999 Silver Bullion to them on two different occasions and they gave me .50 cents behind spot which I was very pleased with. I understand that they have to make money too. Today when I took some .999 Silver Bullion in to sell they tried offering me $3 dollars below spot? When I declined they came up on their offer by two dollars to just under .80 cents below spot. I accepted the new offer. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the first low ball attempt. The guy who gave me this low offer tried explaining to me that because my .999 Silver bars weren't Engelhard that the Demand wasn't there. His excuse was not valid to me since .999 Fine Silver Bullion is always in high demand. Other than this one complaint I really like Keystone Rare Coins and I recommend them highly. Just make sure you know the Spot Price and that you get a reasonable price when selling.

Great business! The people are there are very honest and polite. They truly give the best prices around as I shopped my jewelry around to other businesses. I deal with the young girl every time I go in and she is nothing but kind and respectful. Whoever would make such ignorant comments about her is obviously angered by other things and doesn't know her very well. In fact, I specifically ask for her every time as she always gives me great service, courtesy, and respect. I won't deal with anyone else, thanks Keystone!
