I would not give Good Shepherd the time or the day as my grandson happens to be their and his own mother cannot see him do to some drama that was cause by his girlfriend and his father's lies! His girlfriend revoke his mother and I as his POA which was differently coherence by his father. What 18 year old has the knowledge to manage his health care, let alone revoking his own mother from the health care what kind of girlfriend would do such a horrible thing!! His mother works for a doctor office which I am sure would know more then a 18 yr. old by far....she knows nothing at all, let alone raising their little daughter! She was not living or even married to him at the time of his accident! We've had called Good Shepherd several times only to be put through to a voice mai! We would like to set up a meeting with his case worker (Jessica)! We get no updates on anything from his father or girlfriend or even from Good Shepherd! Which I think they should do something about their policy! That is my daughter's son. And he is a very severe tetraplegic, due to his father's actions who had bought the alcohol for him and was serving these underage kids! We have no idea what kind of care he is getting! I'm wondering what the media would think!
