Belles tree service does an excellent job. They are truly professionals when it comes to tree maintenance and removal. The thing that impresses me the most is the cleanup they do after the work is completed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Belles has removed large trees from my property twice in the past 10 years. They arrived when promised, did a professional job, were polite, and cleaned up thoroughly.

If i can leave 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service. Owner threatened me instead of taking accountability for his mistake. Need i say more. BEWARE.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the expertise and professionalism of Craig Belles and his crew. They did an excellent job trimming and pruning several large trees on my property that were damaged by the freak October 2011 snowstorm. The only negative was the fact that they drove over the septic drain field on my front lawn with their bucket truck without first checking with me. Other than that, they did a very nice job on the trees and did an excellent clean-up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had an estimate this morning for 4 trees to be removed by Belles. This will be our 3rd service from them in the last 2 years. We are very happy with their work. They removed the stumps and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them to others. Great job! The price is comparable to other tree services. I did not find them high. The customer service was good. Most times they returned calls the same day.

Belles planted a maple tree for me last summer, unfortunately the tree did not make winter and I have a one year guarantee. Craig Belles came to my home and looked at the tree. He promised to replace the tree and gave me a handwritten note stating the tree would be removed and another planted in its place. They came out the next week and removed the dead tree and said they would come back with the new tree. I have now waited almost 3 months for this replacement tree. No one ever returns my phone calls, and I have made many calls. I now have a huge hole in my yard and no tree to go into it. I'm not asking for anything extra, I'm just asking for what Craig Belles promised and what I paid for - a replacement tree. Good luck if something goes wrong with anything they plant
