Don't even deserve one star. I was warned about them and medical staff was correct. They are the most unfriendliest people to work with. You'd swear you were taking their last dollar even though your insurance company is being billed. Staff even had the nerve to challenge my medical insurance since she personally felt the medically needed walking device that was prescribed to me should not be covered under my medical insurance. Then proceeded, 3 different reps, later to still argue with them. At that point it was time to walk out and go to another medical supply place, one who would be happy to give you the medically necessity item needed.

Baird Medical Equipment is the best in town. I have a 9 month old son ,who has asthma .Baird's delivered his nebulizer to my house ,cause I don't drive. They also made sure my son had a pediatric mask to go with it . I recommend them to everyone who needs medical equipment . Thank you Baird's .

I get my CPAP supplies from Baird. They are efficient, helpful, and always get me exactly what I need. They take care of all my insurance billing so I never pay anything or have any trouble with insurance. As far as I'm concerned, they are the greatest! P. Burdette

this store will not work out something for my elderly mother who bought a chair and has found that it does not work for her. she needs a wider chair. they will not exchange this for her even though she's willing to spend more to get what she needs. how can a store that deals with the elderly in large numbers not work with them to make them comfortable? it is beyond reason. chair isn't up to needs,customer wants to spend more for the right item,store says no.what is this? i will not recommend this place to anyone. at nearly 90 yrs old with limited funds you think there would be some compassion. nope it's all about money. don't shop at this store!!!!!
