      Horrible customer service. Do not sign contracts. They get you into a insanely long term contracts and you have to pay an arm and a leg to cancel. Then, they raise your payment after the first month. If you have problems that were not your fault (problems with installation) - they charge you 125 just to come out an fix it. Are they putting things in wrong on purpose so you have to pay more? Looks like it to me.



      I was on the phone bounced around to 4 different departments and hung up and once and I still have to pay 125 dollars for them to come out and fix something they screwed up in the first place. I called because this was not in my budget anymore and called to try and do something to decrease the cost. They said they cannot cancel without a 800+ charge to cancel before 2015 but they'd give me two months free to help me out. Then, I noticed through my automatic bill pay that for the past 13 months I have been overcharged from the original payment. The guy on the phone said that he didn't know why. He'd fix it for me, but they were giving me free two months so "we will call it even." even though they were giving me the free two months before I said that. I just lost 2 hours of my life that I am not getting back. If I had enough money to cancel, I would do it immediately. I joined yellow pages just save people from this company.
