I will never take my dog there again on top of them doing a half assed job because she did not have enough help the MANAGER was rude to me IM SO UPSET! I m more upset now after talking to the manager. I really wish these stores would get ride of these useless managers and put more help were its needed! His ears were nice and trimed on the out side but they havent been properly cleaned on the inside, found that out at vets because of ear infection caused by not cleaning ears my dog still has a lip from the groomer try to trim his paws!

My puppy never been groomed, and I knew it was a chance she would probably be scared, but wasn't expecting to be told she would probably needed to be sedated to be groomed, but took the groomer word for it, and scheduled a grooming at the animal hospital around the corner; the next day....Well apparently all my pet needed was for the person to get to know her first, because that's what they did, and she was groomed with no problems. I think the groomers there are really inexperienced, and unless your pet come in with it's tail between it's leg this probably not a good place to bring your pet, and reading the first review I am really glad they didn't groom my pet.

We took our two dogs to get groomed and while they had never been to a groomer before and were pretty freaked out, we medicated them and explained to the two groomers about their skittishness. We were at the store for 85% of the grooming and could have been consulted at any time. It seemed they did a good job and the groomers were very polite. However, the next day, we really went over their haircuts at home and found several places where they completely missed, they cut off the dogs cheek whiskers, didn't cut the one dogs tail at all, the nails were cut extremely short, the one dogs ears were not trimmed and believe it or not .... we found a 2 inch long open cut on the one dog's hip. It has scabbed over, but they never mentioned it. How could you cut a dog's skin and not tell the owners. We were sure we would use the service again, but now... never again.
