"Professional Therapeutic & Sport Massage Therapists". We graduated from Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy School with a certified degree in massage therapy with 1000 hours of hands-on practice of massage techniques. We are licensed, nationally certified (NCBTM), and professional members of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Our therapeutic body work sessions are intended to alleviate pain and discomfort as well as decrease stress, zap exhaustion, and refresh. We can help treat numerous injuries related to improper posture and stress during work, injuries caused by sports and car accidents, and various chronic medical conditions. We use a combination of techniques such as trigger point, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, and design them in components tailored specifically to your body’s needs. Also, we may suggest stretches to increase the range of motion as well as exercise to strengthen weak areas of your body.
