My sister recommended Dr. Yee to me after a disappointed experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Yee carefully checked my bridge that was not made well and the root canal wasn't done completely. He took care of all the pain and he is always very nice and friendly. I wish his X ray technicians are better trained because sometimes it takes them a couple times to get the x ray right. I am scare of overexposed radiation.

I made an appointment and was told over the phone that I must provide my x-ray records from my dental record prior to coming in for the appointment. I advised the lady I spoke with that I do not have that nor do I remember where I went 2 years ago. She then told me that be advised that no major work can be done without that but yet still made an appointment. when I arrived for my appointment, the then lady I spoke with asked for my x-ray records - I told her I don't have it and she immediately said you cannot be seen without them. I stated I just want my teeth cleaned, I opt or waive not having x-rays even if its required and she said no, I have to have the x-rays and that x-rays are only done every 5 years and why would I want to be exposed to such radiation. I just told her that I want to waive it and yet I was still refused to be seen while the dentist (himself) was just in the background (not a care in the world)!



If the x-rays were that important, I should have been told over the phone while making the appointment that without the records I would not be seen instead the appointment was still made and I was refused in person! I left work early to go to this appointment using my sick hours, time and gas to get this office and received no service.
