We called A & W Plumbing and spoke to Matt. He answered right away and set a time to come out for our garbage disposal. He communicated well and was fast, courteous, very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job! I would highly recommend A&W and Matt.

He was quick to take my cash payment and assured me I had a 60 day Guarantee. Less than 2 weeks later, I have the same problem. I called Matt thinking he would stand behind his work. It’s been 3 days now...he wont won’t answer the phone or return my calls. NOTHING. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN....So if you want a real professional plumber, consider anyone but this guy. LESS than one star review.

Matt returned our call very quickly. Problem was a slow kitchen sink. Said he would try to be out Friday or Saturday. No promises because he had an emergency job. I said not a problem, sink works, just slow. Saturday he offered to come out Sunday afternoon. We had out of town guest and I declined. He came out Christmas eve , in the afternoon. Cleaned out the clog in 30 minutes and left my house clean. I was a home inspector for 25 years and would use him and recommend him again.

Matt did a great job replacing our water heater. He was very efficient and informative. He was reasonably priced and gave us a lifetime warranty on the labor. I would hire A&W again.

Scum...... Got these guys through 2-10.com warranty service.. My hot water heater is blown out and it takes him 2 days to get back to me.. Then says he might come out tomorrow our in a couple more days... He said he needed to pull a permit. I questioned if he needed to pull one and this psycho goes postal...... Screaming as loud as he could.. Honest to god, he says I would of called you back but my computer got hacked and I was dusting my computer and the modem came unplugged. Like if I care. Hey Jackass my water heater is leaking all over my fricking basement. This guy is a lose cannon.. 14 years I have General contracted and have hundreds of subs work through me. Some good, some bad. But never even as the cash paying customer have I seen someone act like this clown!!!

I would never recommend this company. They made excuses for a week and never ended up coming for the problem. There was an excuse every single time they were to come. They then blamed me, as the customer, for being frustrated and got hostile on the phone. Extremely rude and not dependable.
