Our firm was established in 2003 offering a comprehensive range of immigration services to our clients throughout the United States and across the globe. We offer legal representation to families, individuals and organizations applying for immigration benefits before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Department of State and before EOIR immigration judges. In the Commonwealth of Virginia we provide representation on domestic relations matters including divorce, custody and property settlement agreements, name change petitions, guardianship, premarital agreements, separation agreements and paternity. We represent landlords in unlawful detainer landlord and tenant cases. We also prepare wills, contracts and powers of attorney. Our office is located in historic Old Town Alexandria. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Consultations are by appointment either in person or by telephone when payment is made in advance. On street parking is available for our building between Maddison and Montgomery Streets. An hourly paid public parking garage is also available in our building.
