- Personal InjuryGerald Schwartz is often asked to train lawyers on how to win Virginia personal injury cases. Mr. Schwartz has instructed practicing lawyers how to be better trial lawyers as a faculty member of the Virginia College of Trial Advocacy. For example, by local ordinances, the City of Falls Church and the County of Fairfax have enacted a “leash law”. Leash laws help protect people against dog bites from an attacking animal.
