This facility has the worse customer service and turnaround time. I have taken my computer twice in one year to have the motherboard repaired and two weeks after I had to take the same computer back because of power issues. I did this on July 4th and today is the 27th, and I have yet to receive my laptop back nor has the part been ordered.



If you try to call, no one answers the phone and if they do they ask you can they place you on hold only to hang up on you. But, above all else do not waste your gas driving to the store to speak to a manager over at Geek Squad because they are NEVER THERE.



I guess when I get my laptop back it will finally work, if not I guess Best Buy will store it there because it has been there longer than its been in my house. Good luck to you.
