The Nelson Wellness Center by Knute Nelson is a 45+ gym in Alexandria, MN, located at Grand Arbor Senior Living. Itâ??s a state-of-the-art fitness center designed for older adults working on everything from hardcore fitness to balance. It includes classes for all fitness levels, personal trainers, a cardiovascular strength room with equipment designed for seniors, a warm-water pool with a ramp entrance, whirlpool, water aerobics, and HydroRider® bikes. Many health plans, including Medicare, through Silver Sneakers â?? cover membership. Knute Nelson is a non-profit organization and has enriched the lives of those we serve for more than 70 years.
