Provided by YP.comMy husband and I stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Alexandria on Dec.1, 2008 for an early lunch. There were about a dozen cars there but plenty of space to park. Our waitress was very nice but the water for hot tea wasn't even very warm so didn't brew well. The waitress brought us some fresh, water that was hot when we asked for it.
When we got our meals, the mashed potatoes were cool and we know the plates couldn't have sat around for any length of time so it had to have come from the kitchen that way. The breaded okra was mushy instead of crispy like it used to be. Really a disappointing meal, through no fault of the waitress. We are usually very pleased about the meals at Cracker Barrel.
