      General Info

      I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor since 1972. I obtained my GRI designation in 1972 and my CCIM designation in 1979(#1000). I am a member of CARNM. I specialize in commercial real estate and property management. I have been managing residential rentals in the UNM/CNM area since 1992. I manage residential units in downtown Albuquerque and other close in areas. I also manage commercial properties. Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5PM.

      I'd advise against renting from him. You WILL NOT get your deposit back, and you'll be lucky to not be charged additional costs on top of it. During the initial walk through he seemed very nice and we even cracked jokes but now that my lease has ended it's been a nightmare to say the least. Currently in the process of going to court to try to get my deposit back.
