Omg I read bad reviews about this Vivis nails by my house and I thought I'd give them a chance (as I give all nail places a chance)... NO they were rude they didn't turn the bubbler thing on for my pedi and the water was cold and ignored me and after 15 minutes of waiting when she was ready I asked for a towel and told them I was going somewhere else!!

I had a basic manicure today. Nothing fancy. The towel under my hands was dirty. The file she used had been used before. The nail tech next to me took out Plackers and proceeded to clean her teeth for about 5 minutes in front me and the other customers! I was charged $17.00 and when I questioned when the price went up, my nail tech couldn't understand me or explain. I will never go back. Customer beware.

I had a gel polish done on my acrylic nails I had done here. They came out horrible the gel was cracking and chipping after just one day of getting them done. Nails were shaped uneven.

Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever experienced. Their tech sliced the big toe on my left foot and it bled profusely. He totally ignored it until I demanded he stop the bleeding. Five minutes later he cut the big toe on my right foot and it also bled. This person had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Three hours later my toes are still throbbing and I'm traveling early in the morning, I strongly advise people not to frequent this nail salon.

I go to Vivi's Nails allows I will not go anywhere else they do the best work in town and I love that I am able to get my nails done for so cheap. I am able to have fancy nails in so many different colors and styles. If you are going to spend money on your nails, spend it at Vivi's Nails you will not be sorry that you did.

I went to Vivi's to get my nails done yesterday. I had my nails done by Vivi. She was very rude to me and ignored me when I would try to talk to her.. She was also responsible for answering calls and I found her to be very rude to the customers that called the shop. A woman came into the shop while I was waiting for my nails to dry with one hand. She kindly asked if she could pay half price for a manicure. The woman was very rude and stated, "It's full price..It is not our fault that you only have one hand!" I could not believe how rude she was to this customer. After my nails dried, this woman did not speak to me again. I had to ask to pay for my nails and she did not even thank me when I left. To make things worse, I asked to get my eyebrows waxed and she ignored my request. I will never go there again! This is the worst customer services that I have ever experienced in the 15 years of getting my nails done.

I have always been searching different nail places and I didn't find one that was up to my standards of how I wanted my nails done. Until one day at work my friend said lets go to vivis, so we want on our lunch and let me tell you I was so impressed and ever since then I will NOT go anywhere else. I know vivi and her husband on a personal level now and everyone else who works in there and it is the most amazing experience when I go in. They always k or exactly who I am and what I want and how I want them and its amazing. Yes it's pricey but to feel like your treated like a high rolling customer is the best! And I believe that anyone who does go in there is treated like royalty, so I'm sorry but for those of you who say you have had a bad experience well it must not have been at vivis because she is amazing and her kids work there too. She's one of the best in town so sorry about your luck!

I will never go here again! The minute I walked in they looked very annoyed that I had a gift certificate and they lie about their prices! If you call they tell you regular white tips cost $25 and they end up charging you $40! The building is pretty clean, however they are not very sanitary when they are doing your nails and they do not clean their tools very well. Lady who did mine pulled out a little jar with dirty water to "clean" her brush. The minute you question the outrageous prices, Vivi becomes very rude!

Best pedicure I have ever had. Worth the wait. There was one lady there that got mad after she waited only 5 minutes .

I had my nails done Sunday with Vivi. I have been a customer for about four months. Vivi was tired and EXTREMELY rude. She kept complaining about the amount of customers she had and how she wanted to be home.

Excuse me, we pay for your rent and those expensive cars you drive.

I will NEVER go back and will tell others no to go to this shop

Okay so i call to get prices and thought it was reasonable.....I go in and the women helping me told me a different price, and i told her that i just wanted regular nails, no bells and whistles, well this must have pissed her off because she was rude to me. I told her never mind i didnt want their service but she assured me that everything was fine. Against my better judgement i stayed. She did a half fast job and missed several steps in doing my nails! I just can't beleive the ill treatment and poor quality i received. I WILL NEVER go back or recommend this establishment to anyone! BEWARE!!

I must add, while i was doing my nails a couple comes in asking about gift certificates and the price for a full set of nails. The person helping them said "30.00 or 40.00 whatever you want"....and the couple kept saying we just want to know how much it is for a full set of nails.....The person finally said 40.00 for a set of nails. I just think it was deceptive. Their nails start at 25.00!

You can go there without a reservation. But, then one time my mom and I make=de a reservation, then we went inside 30 mins before our appointment and we were waiting there for 1 hour after our appointed. There were other people who walked in without and appointment and they walked in got there nails done and walked out. The people are really nice. I just wouldnt go there if i were you!
