Dr Fritz Rohrkaste was excellent. I had a problem with my eye exam and eyeglasses, that I had done at another place. He took the time and used the equipment he had to make sure I got the right prescription for me.

VERY rude front desk assistant! Don't care for rolling of the eyes or snotty attitude towards patients. I Love the doctors though, very friendly and professional.

I was really worried about the eye exam, but you really made me feel relaxed. I am content with your service.

Their customer service is really bad and not professional, they made a mistake with a prescription and took me 2 weeksto get help.

My family has been coming to Visualize for 10+ years. I always get great service and all their doctors are fantastic.

I had an appointment with Visualize optometry on feb, 21 2012. I am a single mother so i took my 5 month old daughter with me for my exam. As i sat in the exam room with the eye doctor he excused himself and sent in another man to ask me to leave my daughter at the front desk with some girl. When i declined the man said they will not finish my exam because she was with me. No reason or Excuse. I Will never go back and if you are a parent i hope you feel the same. My daughter was not crying or screaming she sat quiet in her chair playing with her teether. April West.

Listen to the review! I had an eye exam and the doc was nice and then I went to try on lenses and that is when the tech blew me away with the rude horrible attitude. I would have been fired on the spot for talking to a customer like that. Very unhappy.
