I bought my H-D from Thunderbird after shopping several places including private owners. Obviously, you can't beat new "out-a the box" but what I didn't expect was the professional and personable treatment we received from the second we stepped through the door. I was intimidated by the thought of going into a "biker hangout" and be taken seriously about buying a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Man was I wrong!! I was welcomed from the first introduction to the end of the sale and after the sale. Every time I visit the store someone greets me like they know me and I feel good! I like Thunderbird Harley-Davidson, Albuquerque. I recommend Thunderbird to anyone, whether in Albuquerque or from anywhere in the U.S. The H-D reputation precedes itself but the knowledge the Thunderbird shop personnel exude is exceptional. I trust my bike with them and the advice they give.
