As a parent of five children, I have had some really forgettable dental visits in ABQ over the past 10 years; however, this guy knows what he's doing with kids. My kids really like going here and even though this place is busy, definitely worth the wait. It's hard to find a good children's dentist on Medicaid in ABQ and we plan on using him going forward. Thanks Doc!

Does not care about children. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Will cancel at last minute and make you wait weeks for new appt.

Great office...skilled dentist. Will continue to take my kids there as long as my insurance is accepted. Thank you Dr. Tasker!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST... I have had so many problems with this dentist from my checks being stolen to them not being able to work with my insurance company. This is something taht i have never exeperience with any other dentist. Will never use this dentist again and will spread the word.

I know this office is busy, which is why I waited 4 months for an appointment for my 2 year old who has some minor tooth decay on his front teeth. It is also, apparently, why we waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes, even though we arrived early for our appointment to fill out any paperwork. No one bothered to acknowledge me or the long waiting time and we were the only people in the waiting room. The hygienist was lovely. The doctor spent 3 minutes with us.Let us know he was bust before he dropped the bomb that my son will be hospitalized for surgery (root canal and crowns) and put under general anesthesia. I went to another dentist who spent some time with us and explored other options, and we settled on a treatment that is more reasonable for us. Just because this office is busy, does NOT mean it is the best!

I used to bring my 2 children to Dr. Tasker. Most of the visits were uneventful and I wouldn't have said he was good or bad - just kind of average. However, when my son went in for a filling, I was not comfortable with the treatment/procedure. I switched my children to Dr. Rachelle Shaw. We have only been seeing her for about 2 years (?) but so far, every appointment has been wonderful. She is very enthusiastic and friendly. I do not think I would take my children back to Dr. Tasker.

I have gone to many dentists in this town and Dr. Tasker is by far the best one my children have ever been to. He is kind and fun with them and makes them feel very comfortable especially my autistic child. I would recomend him to anyone!!

Dr Tasker's office is really great. I stopped in one day to see about scheduling my 3 year-old daughter for her first dental appointment. I suspected a small cavity and wanted to get it looked at. His office was clean and friendly and the staff was helpful. When the Dr. confirmed that she did indeed have a small cavity, he recommended drilling and filling it without numbing or sedating my daughter. He only used a little laughing gas, so she was calm, but alert the entire time. I was especially impressed that my daughter was treated so respectfully and that she is actually looking forward to going back for her 6 month cleaning. I would highly recommend this dentist and am so thankful that I stumbled across his practice.

Dr. Tasker is professional, conscientious and great with kids and teenagers! The practice is kid-friendly as well. My kids finally had a pleasant time!

The doctor and staff at Dr. Tasker's were so nice and patient! I didnt feel like my son was just another patient, but that they really cared! My son had some bad experiences before but now has no fear of going to the dentist!

My children had a dentist we went to before this.. It was horrible. They straped down my 3 year old, so she could not move. She was terrified of the dentist until we found Dr. Tasker's office. The office staff is so nice and caring, and helpful. Dr.Tasker was so good with my kids. My daughter loves going there, and is not scared of the dentist anymore thanks to Dr. Tasker and his awesome staff. Oh, and the office in general is very clean, and kid friendly. I have told everyone I know about this great place to take your kids!!

We had a very bad experience with the dentist and our son, he was restrained and treated like he was an animal, worst part being he was only two. Then shortly after that all his sad effort was for nothing because all three filling fell out and were rotten underneath. It pained us so to have to take him back to the dentist. I look here on dex and there we alot of dentists and only one with a review. So I took the other mothers word for it and made an appointment. Dr. Tasker is the best dentist i have ever known, he is polite and patient with the children. And he does a really great job. My sons teeth finally look normal. And my son wasnt scared after the first 5 minutes of being there. He even asks if he is going back soon. Thank you Dr. Tasker!! His staff is also great.

No one would attend my son when his teeth were broken, Dr Tasker new axactly what to do and how to get the issue resolved for my son. Ive left my old dentist and since have taken my kids with Dr Tasker. My son is no longer afraid of the dentist even after he has been thru so much since his teeth were broken. I would highly recomend to anyone who has children. I would never even think of changing dentist unless we moved out of the state!

I really recommend this practice. The office staff was soo nice and helpful! The doctor is very patient with my kids and i feel very comfortable there. I will continue to take all of my 11 kids there!

The office staff is great, the place is clean, and the doctor is very patient. All of our kids like going to his office....that's a good thing.
