As a Prescribing Psychologist, I am in a tightly held specialized field; Behavioral Health is difficult enough, adding Prescriptive Privileges on top has been a struggle for my brethren to bill. Before hiring Penny and MadesenMBS for my billing, my insurance receivables were sketchy at best. Penny tackled the job head on, and I immediately saw a surge of income! Claims that my previous biller had left as "uncollectable", were suddenly changed to "paid". With the new AMA CPT codes on 1/1/13, I was certain I was looking at a financial disaster. I should have known better! Penny researched the new codes until she cracked their mysteries and found new codes never available before! I am now receiving payments for my prescriptive privileges that were never allowed before! Incredible. Penny has lived up to her promise and has truly AMAZED me! I cannot reccomend MadesenMBS highly enough. Any practitioner lucky enough to have Penny in their corner will never worry about their receivables again!
