Although services are good, the office policy on cash paying customers receiving only a 5% discount is discriminatory and grossly unfair. Dental insurance customers are only paying 70-80% of listed fees, also requires office staff to complete and send claims paperwork, and then wait up to 30 days or longer to receive payments. Cash customers pay on day of service and require no extra labor to collect payment, thus should be getting a 20% discount, not only 5%. Please look at this policy and fix it.
