This dentist should not be practicing!!! He removed 3 of my husband's mercury fillings on one visit and 4 on the second. My husband was immediately very ill, but we didn't connect it to the dental work until the second visit...which Dr. Keanna denied. A few weeks later he asked Keanna how long he would be sick. Keanna said maybe THE REST OF HIS LIFE!!! That was over a year ago. He has been extremely ill ever since and attempted suicide twice.
Keanna claimed to be an expert in the procedure. Other dentists/naturalists say if only one filling at a time had been removed, all would have been well. ALL dentists and doctors that know Keanna shake their heads in dismay when his name is mentioned. His peers know his reputation well. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I went to this dentist because they were on my Dental Plan. However when they billed my dental plan they used the wrong EIN # and it messed everything up. All together I spent about 20 hours on the phone with my insurance and them. When I thought it was all resolved I realized that they had sent a portion of the bill that I was unaware was unpaid to collections.
I was even contacted by their office to schedule another appointment after they sent the bill to collections and they didn't inform me that I had an outstanding balance. The only reason I found out was because I pulled a credit report. This has been the biggest nightmare and I will never go back there.

I moved away from Albuquerque but I still see Dr. Keanna! I have very severe TMJ and he is so good at accomadating my needs that I won't see anyone else. A visit to the dentist can put me out of commission for days but not with Dr. Keanna. He works very quickly and doesn't keep telling me to open wider even though it's very difficult to work in my mouth.
I'm never kept waiting long. In fact, I was half hour early for my last hygeine appointment and they was me right away.

This dentist would not make clear recommendations regarding treatment that I needed. In fact, he never even told me whether I had cavities, despite repeated requests. Additionally, I was not informed when their insurance billing policy was changed, and was billed for service not provided. The receptionist was rude. The dentist was patronizing. I was even more disappointed to receive such treatment at the hands of someone who likes to bill himself as a ""holistic"" biologic dentis.
