Very Dishonest Sales

I was helping my younger sister shop for a new car because my father is a tax accountant and in the middle of tax season where he is working at least 80 hours every week. We went into Garcia Honda to look at the 2013 accords. We found a car we wanted and negotiated a very reasonable price (We were told we were getting this price because we knew people in the service department). After my sister had a family discussion with my father she went in with him the next business day with 10k to put down on the car, which hadn't even hit the lot yet. There they were told that the price of the car had gone up by about $1,000! It was ridiculous. After they said that they we were not going to purchase it if they change the price at the last minute. The Sales manager Monica kept playing the "wait em out game" with my fathers valuable time and wouldn't give them a new offer we had previously went over how crunched he was for time. They said they would fax another offer the next day which they never did. I then went online and went to Costco's Auto program. I entered my information and within 30 minutes was given a no haggle price that was LESS than the original price we had negotiated. Needless to say we bought from somewhere besides Garcia Honda. What really made me upset is since I gave my contact information to Garcia Honda "Toby" Garcia started to email me and after I told him what happened, he started to argue and belittle me through email. It was completely unacceptable. I can't suggest enough for you not to go to Garcia Honda.

Excellence at Garcia Honda

Last week I had a short notice service appointement at Garcia Honda. As usual, the service was excellent. This continues a tradition of 15 years from the time I purchased my first Accord, which was the first of my 7 consecutive Honda purchases for me and my family. Sales and service excellence at Garcia, from my first visit, is one of the main reasons.

Attention was prompt. We go in right away. The checklist was thorough so they caught another problem we hadn't anticipated and took care of it before it became a safety risk. Great job!

I recently had a major service needed for my wifes 2007 Honda Accord. Dave the service manager did an excellent job of explaining the details of the service, what it would entail, and the total cost of the service. I have been pleased each time I have used Garcia Honda Service.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L this

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L this past Saturday and I need to greatly applaud the employees that assisted us in our decision. You have a fantastic salesperson in Jessica. She was genuine, courteous and congenial from our first handshake to my lifting of my two-year old son to ring the sales bell in the showroom upon completion of our purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable of the product we were looking at and was informative yet not intrusive in his sales methods. You have a very fine salesperson at Garcia Honda . Mr. Nick Murry was the sales manager that also assisted us with our purchase. He was extremely helpful with assisting us on the purchase and trade-in. My wife had been leaning slightly toward purchasing a vehicle of a different make and he allowed us to take an Odyssey home for the evening on an extended test drive. Garcia Service Dept

Very Satisfied With Service Dept I have been taking my Civic for service there for 6 yrs (the car is now 8 yrs old). The quality of the work has always been good, their estimates have usually been conservative (i.e., higher than the actual cost of the service). I am pleased with their work. Dave Alton is my service advisor and he clearly knows his stuff.

Garcia Honda was the best

Best car buying experience I' ve ever had. Gave us time to look around the lot with out someone lurking over our shoulders. Once we went in we were approached by a female dealer. She asked us some questions and actually listened to what we said, how much we wanted to spend and what we wanted. In the past after that step I've been shown and offered a billion things I never wanted, but our dealer, Alyssa, found us exactly what we asked for, showed us the two options closest to that and throughly went through the differences including the price. The buying step was no stress, sure there was a couple trips back the the "manager", but in the end we got what we wanted. Furthermore, the finance guy was great. He was crazy through about the packages they offered, what they included and the total price tags. It was nice actually receiving enough information to make an educated decision. They also do not push financing through Honda, he found us the best rate through New Mexico Educators
