These people are just stupid and rude! I say stupid because they don't know and they don't want to know. The front desk girl was too busy on her phone to make a copy of my secondary insurance card so Duke City Vascular keeps billing me. I did their job for them and got a fax number to submit my claim and one month later they are sending me to collections because they are too stupid to file the claim. I spoke to a man in billing called Luis and gave him the fax number on May 23rd. He was very rude also. The place smells like mildew and has water stains on the ceiling. Old musty building. Will never go there again.
