good food

my friends and I frequently visit the chilis location at Eubank and Central. We work at Kirltand AFB. It is becoming annoying that when we order a burger, the wait staff stands there at your table and asks you to cut into it to make sure that it's to our liking. First of all, it's rude. It does not make me feel special and it's uncomfortable to have someone stand there and watch you cut and bite into your burger. I don't know who came up with this stupid idea. I do not like my burger cut in half anyway. I know of many people who are offended by this and will not go back. This policy needs to be removed. I should not be made to feel uncomfortable or pressured into biting into my burger in front of a waitress or waiter. I will let the staff know if there is a problem. It is also insulting to your chefs to have wait staff question the quality of the food they prepared. I will call your 1-800# and try to find someone at corporate or if there is a franchise owner for this chili

This was a fine dining experience for my family as we were traveling through New Mexico! The food was absolutely delicious, restrooms clean, service was very attentive. Here is the BIGGIE....My eldest daughter left her purse at the table. Now back home in another state & what to do? One call & the manager is going to ship it to us. WOW...what an honest place! Thanks for an all aaround great experience. Next time we are in your town, we WILL be back!!!
