Commercial pick up is a nightmare, especially if you are scheduled for twice weekly pickups. They come half the time, and when you call in to report a missed pickup, the drivers make false claims of having picked up the trash. Supervisors, staff, and drivers do not take any responsibility for there actions or lack of. I suppose they know the are the only game in town.
