Best in town, my computer was having problems, they offered to check it out for free. They did a tune up for only $25.00 and my machine is working great. Why would anyone go anywhere else? Thank you for fixing my computer.

My computer was not working, I brought it in for their Free Diagnostics. They explained what was wrong, gave me several options. When I checked other shops in town I found out that they were half the price to upgrade and fix my computer. I saved a lot of money and have been happy ever since.

I guess I got a virus or something for I was having a problem getting on the internet. The diagnostics were FREE, where competitors wanted from $75.00 and up to just look at my computer. Since I was there first thing in the morning, they got it done THE SAME DAY! Other places quoted me 7 to 10 days and I do most of my business online, I needed it done ASAP. What a great bunch of guys and it only cost me $45.00 Thank you!

Wow!! They moved across the street, the new store is awesome. Everyone is helpful and the selection is better than ever. Congrats!! The prices are still the best and they are still doing FREE DIAGNOSTICS. I just can't say enough nice things.

The staff was very helpful. They checked my computer for free and fixed the problem for only $45.00, everyone else had quoted me over $150.00 I had a problem finding the store because they had just moved to a new location. The new store is some much nicer, bigger, brighter. I guess new store, new year, more items better attitude of everyone. I am so happy I came back to Absolute Computing to have my computer repaired.

I needed a part for a network installation and found that only this store had the part in stock at a reasonable price. I was surprised how polite and helpful they were after reading the other reviews. They definitely know their business and have more used computers than anyone else in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area. I never saw any of the "garbage" that was written in the other reviews. I have been back several times and have made this store my first priority when looking for new/used components or used computers. I have even used them to special order items for me and they just do it. If you write a review, you should have a minimal knowledge of what you are complaining about, i.e., their return policy is posted in several locations and on their receipts; no one wants old XP computers or broken items, so why would they buy them? They offer information upon request, but in business, time is money, so if you want to learn how to use a computer, spend the money and take a class. The best thing about this store is that they are not pushy, they will let you "just look" and don't both you. I JUST CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE, THEY ARE GREAT!!

WARNING!! This place is a blatant rip off. Do not ever go to this place or give them your money. The customer service is horrible, the parts are broken or break within days and the owners will not assist you in any reasonable means of solving your issues. You can easily find comparable deals on the internet and are better off going to Best Buy, where they at least have some knowledge and respect for the customer. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

They advertise on the website that they buy computer equipment but when you get in the store they say they only recycle. It was the only place that advertised buying old equipment so it was either let them recycle it or take it to Goodwill. I'm not very happy.

These guys do NOT want to talk to you. Anything you say or ask is like interrupting an important meeting. Shady, under the books return policy and a really bad attitude from everyone. I left after being treated like a loser. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR WALLET. PASS THIS PLACE.

At first this seems like an awesome place for new and used parts for your PC. When it comes to selection, these guys have pretty much everything. The downside is that you will be treated terribly if the owner is in the store. Most of the staff is especially rude except for one elderly man who will gladly swap stories. The owner and his other employees however, will treat you with blatant contempt and disrespect. If you're not a computer genius, any questions you ask will be met with rolled eyes and sneers. If you buy a part from them that does not work out for you, returning it will cost you 25% in "restocking fees" but don't expect to be told that upon purchase or on your receipt. When I had an issue with my system I asked the owner if he would take a look at it (I brought it with me) but he just said "no" and sent me out. DONT GO HERE. Especially if you're a beginner looking for solid advice from the experts.
