About 5 months ago, Castle Gold and Silver replaced my Skagan watch crystal. Haven't had any issues with it since. Highly recommend their services, very reasonably priced. I would go there again.

I came into sell some jewelry, and I have never been treated so poorly. It took them several minutes to come wait on me, even though there was no one else there. When I was finally helped, Jackie was so rude. She didn't know how to answer my questions and was really condescending. And to top it all off, I took my rings elsewhere and got nearly $200 more than I was offered at ABQ Gold and Silver. I will not do business there, and absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.
