So today were having a food day at work. I planned to bring in a breakfast casserole. I put it in the oven at 6:15am and the power went out at 6:30am. BUT 13 seconds later My Generac kicked in and NO PROBLEM the casserole continued cooking and breakfast was saved! -Anne C PS: The power came back at 9:20am

my wife and i recently bought a house in Albany and we have had you guys do everything from fixing the heat to installing new plumbing. Don was the technician on all the jobs. His work was very neat and extremely professional. WELL DONE!!!!

The service tech Kevin Pawson just left after over an hour here servicing my furnace. I have a very old unit and am on a fixed income and am saving for a new one but a year or two away. It was refreshing to see someone enthusiastic about their work and the really good job he did as well as the clean up. He also answered a few questions to further put my mind at ease. This was the best experience I have had with one of your techs.

The staff did a great job of working with me to set up an installation date, and to coordinate with the electrician (since we needed 220 V service installed). The fact that Long took care of the permit for me was a huge relief. The technicians did a great job. They also took the time to make sure I had no questions about the operation of the unit. My parents have been oil customers of yours for decades and had always been pleased with the service you and your company gave. When my wife and I returned to the area to live, we decided to become your customers as well. I can see why my parents have such regard for your company. Over the past 7 years as customers we have been very pleased with the different service men and company representatives who have come to our home. I want to make particular mention of Art, Doug, and Jordan who were all very helpful when we had to install a new propane furnace in 2010. Your company is well represented by them. -Tim H.

I would like to express my appreciation for the work that Matt, Mark, and Chris did over the past two days. They wee very thorough and professional. Matt was very helpful taking his time to explain and answer any questions I had. At the end of the job they took their time and cleaned up so you would not know they were in the basement. During the night my "Hot Water" broke down and I was without water. In addition, my family from out of town were staying with me. I spoke with "Jackie" who was polite and helpful. At 8:15 AM, their service truck appeared. Before noon, my new hot water tank was in. Their service person was clean, productive and efficient. A job well done.

IN MARCH, I HAD A NEW FURNACE PUT IN MY HOME. BOTH EMPLOYEE'S WERE POLITE AND WORKED GREAT TOGETHER. THEY MADE SURE I WAS OK AND LEFT MY HOUSE NEAT & CLEAN. ALSO HAD A NEW OIL TANK INSTALLED & THE SAME GREAT JOB WAS PERFORMED. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 4O YEARS AND HOPE FOR ANOTHER 40. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Frank not only presented himself with the utmost professionalism, he also made several helpful suggestions for possible future service on our home HVAC systems. we called at 7:15 am with no heat and a 3-month old granddaughter in the house. the technician arrived before 8:00 am and was done about 1.5 hours later. he found the problem, fixed it, had helpful suggestions for preventing a reoccurrence and solved another problem we had..as an added bonus: having the premium service plan eliminated a lot of the "whys" and allowed the problem to be fixes quickly. the true test of a good company is not whether something goes wrong or not: it's about what the company does in response to something going wrong. I don't know if it can be done any better than yesterday.....ROBERT...ALBANY, NY

The plumbers were very professional, courteous and most of all prompt. They were there and replaced my leaky faucet promptly and cleaned up after themselves cleaner than it was. I definitely will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Great company. I had a problem with my furnace at 3am this morning and these guys were out here within an hour to fix the problem. They were very professional and didn't mind being there at 3am to help my family and I out. Great company would recommened Long Energy to everyone .
