We had a great experience with Kitchen & Bath World. We were able to work with one designer that handled the project, from design to installation. We worked with Jessica on our kitchen and bath remodel and she worked with us step by step. We love our newly renovated spaces and would highly recommend Kitchen & Bath World!

Really enjoyed working with Kitchen and Bath World. The designer was extremely knowledgeable and she took the time to help with each detail of the project. Jess (our designer) and the work crew did a great job.

Poor construction quality. Be very careful if you have used them. Have a qualified inspector check their work for code violations and fire hazards.

I was impressed with Kitchen and Bath World. I went into thier showroom to consult with Michael one of the designers and discussed requirements and price range. I was happy with the design he created and the recommendations he made. Alex was the primary guy who came to install the materials. He arrived on time everyday and worked around my needs. Alex was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Given my satisfaction with my new bathroom. I decided to use Kithcen and Bath World once again to design and install my granite counter tops. Again Michael designed the project and again I was pleased. I continue to be very pleased with the work performed and enjoy the renovations. The work was complete on my schedule and within my price range both times. There were no suprises. They even repaired a hole in the wall from years ago when my pipes froze, for free. Whenever visitors compliment me on either or both rooms, I always tell them without hesitation I recommend Kithcen and Bath World.

From start to finish it was a pleasent expierence. The designer was able to understand the essence of what we had in mind and was extremely knowledgable. The workmen were fantastic. When you have an 8 week installation you would expect some difficulties along they way, but this job went smoothly. The staff was professional and expereinced. Love my kitchen and Bathrooms. Kitchen & Bath World remodeled three bathrooms in our home and also added a custom deck. As long as we're in the Capital District we'll always feel secure about buying a house that is not quite up to our standards because we know Kitchen & Bath World will make it so.

They know what they are doing. The designer was top notch anything we wanted done she made it happen. Everything in our kitchen is placed perfectly and functions beautifully. The installers were really full of knowledge and you could tell trained very well. They were nice and answered any question we had. The installers were very respectful of our home and always clean and neat. You cant go wrong choosing Kitchen & Bath World to do your project.
