I had problems with my salt water hot tub and Chris DiBianco was the best. He definitely went above and beyond to help me with my issue. He is very knowledgeable with salt water hot tubs. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I will definitely tell everyone of my experience at Islander Pools. Thank you

if I could give less I would employees were rude and unhelpful. overall terrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone unless you want to feel belittled and have people just repeatedly tell you that your the problem and make you buy unnecessary things because of there lack of knowledge. Go anywhere but here.

Very frustrating. Last year and this I had problems with the service. Last year I bought a ladder. They were very un-helpful. Got the ladder home and it had the wrong parts in the box. Called and they said they have been having that problem and I needed to come back up and get the different parts. They were suppose to order me another part and call when it came in. Guess what, they never did. Had to get it this year. This year pipe broke on the pool. Went up to store with all the pieces. They said they got me what I needed. Kept my old pipe. Guess what, I got home and it was the wrong size fitting. Had to go back up again and they return the parts. Plus when I have my water tested, they are not knowledgeable. My water tested fine, vacuumed pool, but it is still cloudy. There answer, we don't know. Went to a new pool store and got the answers I needed. Won't be going back to islander. Not helpful!

Bought a hot tub 5 years ago from Islander. Sale experience was great. No problems with delivery and set-up. Just had my first repair needed 2 weeks ago. Set up appointment for a Friday. Took the day off so I could be there. Guy showed up on Thursday when nobody was home. Decided that the pump needed fixing so rather than giving me an estimate, just took the pump back to the shop for repair. By the time I called to see why it was just assumed they had the approval to take it and make the repairs, it was already done. Once it was brought back and replaced, they lost one of the screws that holds the panel on the side of the spa and never acknowledged it. Will not get service from Islander again and would not recommend.

I had bought a hot tub from them in the past, I was looking to purchase another, but I guess Islander sells so many, that they dont have earn a sale on repeat customers, that is why I will be bringing my business to a competitor. I waited 40 mins, without a aknowledgement from the sales rep, I was going to give the sale to. I was ready that day to make deal with cash in hand, I never finance anything. Well, have to say, excellent sales skills on the rep at Islander, I wont mention any names, but they know who they are. Good luck on your future endeavors, with that type of professionilsm, your sure to be a success.

I have been dealing with Islander pools for over 25 years. Last year we had a unexpected problem with our pool suction line where it needed to be replaced. Also, unexpectedly we had to have the pool liner replaced. Having these unexpected and unfortunate things happen to us was a huge headache and expense. Islander was very patient and helpful with getting the line replaced, concrete replaced and installing the liner. Islander also understood the huge expense this brought to our family and took this into consideration when they gave us a great price for all the work. For the 1st time this year in 26 summers when we pulled our cover off to opened our pool our liner was in tack. This is the first time the liner didn't have to be popped back in. Plus when when we hooked up our filter and pump it started right up with no leaks! Thank you Islander!

The people at Islander Pools did a Fantastic job helping me with my pool. It just got put up last week through them and i couldnt be happier. I recommend everyone go there for an easy experience.

I honestly don't know what this person above is talking about but everything about my new Hot Spring is fantastic. The sales crew at Islander held my hand practically and made it easy for me to buy and use my spa. I loved everything about it and will recommend going to Islander for any of my friends spas needs.

the service guys were great! we had a problem last week(January) that needed service. Joe and Rich helped us get our spa up and running . It is nice to know somebody out there still cares about customer service.

had a horrible time with the financing side of this business which almost cost us our good credit,plus a few of the salespeople were very rude.Will not deal with them again.Ever.
