I am also a computer technician myself and I found this co. very reliable and up to date with their upgrades, systems and tools both hardware and software. They are very professional on what they do and very courteous. This can fix your pc in no time. They can also do remote control pc repair which the tech can do his work remotely to immediately attend to the problem remotely. I highly recommend them.
Number one thing that I appreciate from them is the customer service. So I have a Sony laptop and my son had been using it to download musics and movies and all stuff without my knowledge, and unfortunately I haven't installed any anti virus yet. I wondered why my computer was acting up and processing very slowly. Then I called Computer Answers and not only did they get rid of all my viruses, worms and spyware, they also fixed some registry and software conflicts I had on my system that made it perform so poorly. All in all, one of the best experiences with a service like this I have had in many years. Kudos!
my sister had her computer in for repairs it had stopped working and they sold her a mother board and installed a new video card for her that she had purchased elsewhere. After spending 500 for this 6 months later the computer started to have the same problems again. she brought it back to them and was told that the motherboard had gone bad again and they were a small business and would coverthe labor but not the part. after spending another 100 the computer died again 1 week later. i got involved then and brought it back 3 weeks later it had a amd dual core cpu and board and originally it had an intel quad core and was also missing 2 gigs of ram talked to paul the owner about iot and he assured us it would be made right he would call us with a tracking number for the parts 1 week later still no call. called him and they had the parts but could not remember who they belonged to!! brought it in and they installed everything and we took it home. Now i look at it and it is missing 2 gigs of ram and also has a 32 bit operating system instead of the 64 bit it went there with. I WARN ANYONE DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO COMPUTER ANSWERS and if you do make sure you know what you had in it before and verify its there after.
Ok, we made a mistake, the computer had a motherboard which was replaced, and there was no intel motherboard available at the time of replacement, so we installed an amd board, and therefore had to install an amd processor, this job did not go as expected, but we made it right at no extra charge, we purchased a new motherboard, and a new CPU, and installed everything back into the computer at NO COST, It took longer, and we made a mistake but we did everything to make it right. We don't deserve this review and that you are trying to say we are dishonest, that is simply NOT TRUE.. Your computer NOW has all of the proper parts, and this was an honest mistake. And we apologized for it and fixed it.
Very Instrumental in services rendered to help me get back on-line for my nursing courses. Need computer for school, so they advised against purchasing unnecessary software, and revived my computer. Now I am good to go!
These guys at computer answers are doing a good job with computers, i had a pain in the $&*# problem with my sound, and no one could figure out what the heck was wrong with it. They took a look at it with in 2 days I had my computer working fine with out any problems. Highly recommended.
