We recently leased a home through Assist to Sell and it was terrible. Before we even moved in some one broke into the house and Bonnie Deeds lied about making a police report. There were cockroaches all throughout the house, with a mouse nest under our water heater along with feces. The house needed paint and numerous other basic mantience but that could've been managed. We terminated our lease after she asked if there was a door to the water heater which was in the kitchen, trying to defend the infestation. We also paid 3 months in advance with a pet deposit are yet to see any form of refund. I would HIGHLY recommend not using this realtor.
