Hi everyone whose reading. Just wanted to share a little story with you :) I had food poisoning and it was just horrible. I was constantly sick minute by minute. I felt like just taking a nice shower. I get out, and low behold the maintaince guy is in my hallway!!!! I was in my towel! I asked him why he was in my apartment and he said that he had gotten a call about the heater not working. I immediately go into my bedroom and shut the door and call the office. I ask the landlord why he was in my apartment because I was sick and was in the shower and I had never gotten a phone call beforehand or a letter. She stated that they have every right to make an entrance when nobody answerea the door. I told her I was in the shower and I've been sick! She told me that I had called asking for the heater to be fixed. I think about it and realize that was 3 MONTHS AGO!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Please! Just DONT! The maintanance is so horrible! Ashley is the landlord and she seems nice at first but once your lease is up she's quite different. We are having to replace our entire carpet for just normal wear and tear! They don't clean the apartments properly either. We moved here because my husband is military. We came here with zero money. These apartments don't require a deposit if your military and that's why we chow it because we didn't have the money for a deposit. But they will make sure they get something when you move out! The place was so dirty. They don't even have dumpsters. They have little corners outside where all tenants have to just throw they're trash and the guys have to come clean it up. Which was embarrassing because they never did. Also, ROACHES! I know I know , here in alamogordo true gonna have them. But don't put a note in my door, Ashley, telling me that we're lying about a roach issue and that you're not going to fix it. Also, we had a leak in our living room ceiling and water came down all over our furniture. Ashley and the lead maintaince guy came and only painted over it. !!!!! My husband sat there on the other couch and videoed them! Which now we are using in court. Ugh jut please don't move here.

Best place in alamo to live most of the utilities are paid landscaped overall great value

Worst apartment in Alamogordo. The landlord is NO help. The pool is always dirty. The washers and dryers rarely work. They never fix anything. I've been trying since november to get a door fixed and I've called on it about 10 times. In the summer, my A/C was messed up and my electric bill was $200+. I showed them the bills and begged for their help and it took them 5 months to change it out... at which point the electric bill dropped by $100. The owner REFUSES to reimburse me for their negligence (NOT fixing a known problem after months of phone calls and begging for help) or even talk to me on the phone or in person. Don't live here, they really don't care about you in the least bit.
