He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Florida, after which he worked as a claims adjuster at Fortune Insurance and an underwriter at Independent Fire Insurance. Rob then attended law school at the University of Florida where he earned a Juris Doctorate in 1996. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is past president of the Marion County Bar Association.

She holds professional memberships with the Florida Bar and local Marion County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, as well as being a Member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the local Inns of Court. Mrs. Green’s book chapter, “Demonstrative Exhibits”, was published by the Florida Bar and LexisNexis in the Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook, Second Edition, in 2009. Her reported cases include Achumba v. Neustein, 793 So. 2d 1013 (Fla. 5th DCA 2001).
