Every time I shop here they are always depleted, out of things, everything is a mess and out of order. The cashiers hardly ever smile or look/act friendly, they stuck my greeting cards in with something wet and do not wrap breakable items.

hOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE AN ITEM AND NOT EVEN HAVE IT AT 5 STORES,AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING !! VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!!!!!!!!

Years ago shopping the Arlington Rd Wal Mart was not the best, but today this Wal Mart has made great changes. They offer great sales and they have great quantities onhand. My customer service experience is great. The employees are very helpful and if they don't have what you are looking for instock, they will go out of their way to call another Wal Mart or order the quantity you need and call you when it comes in.



The Store is clean and organized and I will shop this Wal Mart before shopping any others. I would recommend people give them a second chance as they have made exceptional changes to make the shopping experience more pleasant.

This Walmart gives other Walmarts a bad name. The store is cluttered. You are constantly dodging a dolly full of product. The employees do not seem to care if they inconvenience you by making you move. At Christmas I don't know how many times I was looking at something on the shelf and an employee told me to move they had to park their "pile of boxes" right where I was standing. The aisles are tight and congested. For the most part the employees are rude and act like it is a pain to even talk to you. I avoid this location every chance I get. I drive to N Canton just to avoid this establishment.
