Never, and I mean NEVER have we had cleaning and service like this! When we moved here I asked around about cleaners, and everyone mentioned John and Ann. They both have a great knowledge of clothes, and know how to care for them the in the best way. They have very well trained people who obviously have been around them for a long time and learned from their expertise. We have lived in many major cities, and not one could produce a dry cleaners like this.

I'm so glad that when I moved to the area 5 years ago I asked around for the name of the best drycleaners and everyone responded - Bernadette's French Cleaners. I have never been disappointed. My husband and I have very expensive clothing and they know how to take care of them. I have never had a complaint. We love the fact that it is a family owned business. A husband and wife team who are there to handle anything we might need. Their shop is so clean and nice and their staff is so great to us. I tell everyone about their cleaners. We would never trust our clothing to any of these other cleaners. They don't care about quality and quality is everything to us. It's worth the extra money to know that I will get my clothing back each time - spot free and perfectly pressed. Why would you pay for anything else. Just not smart. The BEST Drycleaners in the world. They not only have the best drycleaning process but also a very highly specialized wet-clean process that they can perform on just about any fabric. They care for all of my very high end clothing, all my table linens, bedding. They can remove just about any stain that I present them. They are known across the State of Ohio and beyond for having such incredible knowledge about clothing, matericals/fibers, cleaning processes, spotting techniques know one else in the industry knows about. They keep a low profile and are happy to keep their business to one location. They are family owned and operated and are there 24-7 to help with any problems I may have. They are the best. I searched high a low and used every cleaners in the area - but couldn't find anyone who was so top notch like John & Anne Sarvis the owners. They work so hard and just have such great knowledge of your garment and how to make it perfect! Everything is always perfect!
