I'm not reviewing. Just looking for Melissa Kern, an old dear friend. I was told she was a lawyer in Aiken and I'm wondering if you may be her.

I had a consultation scheduled for about 3 weeks out and then when it was time for the consultation I was called 30mins late, and then they still wanted to charge me $200 but wouldn't allow me to call my wife to get the card number, so I had to reschedule. That date was set for today. About 20 mins after my scheduled appointment I called the firm and they informed me, Melissa was in a meeting and that she would call me back ... here I sit and it's 630 pm, my appointment was at 230pm ... get my drift? This firm obviously does not focus on customer support, and I will definitely let the firm that referred me to them know as well. Please go elsewhere for legal assistance.
