So, long story short, a few months back I got into an accident and my car was pretty wrecked. i heard these about these guys on the radio doing safe driving psas on both of my favorite stations khvh and khbz on rick hamada show. decided to call the number on the ad and set up an estimate. Really good people there, locals who care about doing great work, their customers, and the community. Got my car looking new again and even removed some little scratches so basically made my ride look better then before the accident at no extra charge. Also, I was so impressed that Ive sent a few of my clients friends and family there way, all of which got treated greated and were extremely satisfied with Scott, the owner and the rest of their team. Durr everyone knows that bumpers do not always match to the vehicle...even w/brand new cars...if ur a professional u will notice bumpers r a bit diff than the rest of the car. Especially if the car is older & paint has aged. You can neva make it match perfect.This guy doesn't know wut he is talkin about!! Aiea Collision does a great job!!! HANDS DOWN!! All the people I have sent...Have nothin but great comments!

The estimate for repair was 2 days. So when the repair shop called me in 6.5 hrs later that the car was done I was surprised. Upon inspection of the repair, I noticed a brand new bumper and good install job but the paint did not match the car. Apparently a stock bumper was ordered from the dealer that had similar color as the rest of the car, installed, and determined that the repair job was complete. The repair guy confirmed that paint and clear coat was provided in the repair package and stated that they try to match new paint job with the rest of the car. I was absolutely insulted and told him that the paint job was far from matching. I think they wanted to get the job done, assume that the customer would not notice the difference in the mismatch of paint color, and pocketed the money for paint and labor. Repair guy did not apologize, insulted my ability to tell the difference between matching old and new paint job, and lied that the bumper was painted.
