Best experience ever that came out of a major problem with my Hummer. First of all, the entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly (means a lot to me) and the facility was clean. From the first conversation with Rick I felt assured that I had found the right place. They did an awesome job on my transmission for a great price! I was well informed throughout the whole process, and guess what? My price never changed from the quote to the final invoice...these guys work hard for their money...I will be back!
One of the few places in DFW that will actually rebuild rear ends. Needed quick service, as I am an Air Conditioning contractor. I was able to get my truck at closing time the following day. Not only was the work completed as quoted, but they spotted issues with the axles where the carrier bearings rest. They installed a kit to remedy this problem.
In all, the rear end was rebuilt, the transmission was serviced, the rear main engine seal was replaced, and the axle issues resolved for about 60% of the cost to have just a used rear end installed (2001 Silverado).
Straight forward, and delivers as promised. This is a rare find with today's automotive repair market.

Awesome!! I took my Honda Accord in for a diagnostics and JD was great. He did a thorough inspection, drive test, and then a computer scan. He gave me all the information and prices needed to make a well informed decision on my repairs. Three days later I have my car fixed and running like new!!!! Eagle delivered as promised!!
I was in this shop earlier this month because of a noise I was hearing from my car. J.D. (who recently took over ownership of this location) was able to narrow down my problem over the phone and said they do free diagnostics checks if I wanted to bring it in. Within minutes of my visit, they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and provided a free estimate. My car was repaired later that day at a very reasonable price and it has been running perfectly ever since! It's hard to find a good repair shop that can earn your trust but I think I've found a good one.

Poor Service and Flippant Attitude from the Mnager. Rebuilt transmission still leaks after several visits. They say it's the engine, which did not leak before they worked on the transmission, and my mechanic can't find a leak from the engine. Good luck with this business.
