Armstrong has brought high speed internet to rural Allegany county. They have been extremely responsive to my needs & the service in OUTSTANDING. Interaction with their customer service personnel has been very professional. I cannot say enough about their service.

Armstrong is raising their prices but not improving their speeds. My speeds are on average 2Mbps. All I have now is phone and internet, but what they are raising their prices to I can get phone, internet (much better speeds) and tv. They are actively pushing customers away with their "we can't do anything better for you" attitude.

Armstrong is the worst company to have service with. When we first moved to the Addison area in 1998 they were the ONLY company to get phone service through. Had problems all the time with our phone-static, not working, unable to call out, etc. When the opportunity came for us to get our phone service via cable we jumped at the offer. Had ok service with TWC but our bundled package of phone/internet/cable is now $200 per month. We have decided to switch back to Armstrong for just the phone/internet. What a pain in the %&$#@ just to get them out. Originally scheduled for 9/9/14 to swap services and I had to reschedule for 9/15/14. Apparently a screw-up because TWC released our phone service (and not our landline) to Armstrong on 9/9/14. Armstrong denies it. I have been without my landline since then and have had my 3 toddler grandchildren with me. Thankfully, there wasn't an emergency. As for the 9/15/14 appointment between the hours of 8:30-11:30 they never showed up. My wonderful hubby called them and they had no record of our appointment. This is after I went to the office on 9/11/14 and obtained paperwork that showed the date of the appointment. That is a verbal appointment, a paper appointment, and a face-to-face appointment. Oh, I guess that since I didn't make an appointment via text the other three confirmations were null and void, lol. Sorry @#$%^ company. They are now scheduled to come out 9/16/14 at 8:30 am. Let's see it they actually show up.
