Horrible experience. Flawed workmanship,terrible customer service. Improperly installed a spa tub,flexes terribly voiding warranty. Toilet tilts. Shower floor not pitched properly,water sits on tile.walls crooked. Sharp,jagged trim as you exit shower. Sharp,cut trim around tub.tile does not match up as bottom shower wall and ceiling are not aligned.The only thing level on the job is The ledge on shower entrance. It is not pitched,so water will run on The floor. The tub was never tested before installation as all directions and stickers instructed. Broken pipe and non working lights. They claim manufacturers defect. Put a big hole in our bedroom closet to access pipe. Left all the drywall dust on carpet less than three months old. Matches the electrician's muddy footprints well. My wife asked if the tile crew were going to clean the tile,owner of company told her she could get on her hands and knees with a scrub brush and elbow grease or hire A maid.Salesman,foreman,whatever his title is was virtually unreachable most of the time. We were sold on a two week job,I fired them at nine weeks after the owner implied the problems were caused by my wife's "changes" to the project. We changed nothing,but tried to adapt to the changes they made due to their unwillingness, laziness or ineptness to deliver on our specifications.The owner submitted a drawing and measurement for custom shower doors. Never discussed glass width,fixtures,etc. I can only imagine how horrid that would have turned out. Three contractors have looked at the job and pointed out the flaws with the walls. Even their own plumber commented on crooked walls in tub area. We have pictures to show all of this. They received one star because zero is not allowable. Definitely the worst experience we've ever had as home owners. Owner has publicly and privately claimed to make things right,but has only pointed fingers and blame everywhere else. Has offered no solutions whatsoever. We would have to be fools to let them touch anything else. here. Nothing short of a sizeable refund for such deplorable work and waste of material would suffice.
